Driver Training
Driver coaching is an essential feature of the being part of Piranha Motorsport. We use data logging and video recording equipment along with conventional techniques to aid the huge wealth of experience that comes from our driver coach and team manager, Simon Mason.
For over 22 years Simon has been successfully racing, coaching and demonstrating cars. He has been a chief instructor, a senior judge on several scholarship programes and entrusted to demonstrate some very valuable and rare cars to some very famous people. Simon has also coached the likes of Jenson Button at one end of the scale and multiple Caterham champions Trevor Fowell and Gary Halcrow at the more conventional end. All of this lead's to a huge wealth of expereince in making drivers faster, safer and more succesful.
Car hire for coaching is available using our Ginetta G40 or via the use of the Video VBox Pro unit in a full race prepared car. Prices start from £1050+VAT per day for car and tuition.
