Ryan had no karting or other motorsport background before his start in motorsport just 3 years ago making his performance at this level even more impressive. In 2010 Ryan entered the highly competitive Ginetta G40 Junior Championship with Piranha. It was a huge step up not least of which with the move to RWD and very unforgiving road tyres. His efforts were made even harder without the benefit of a team mate to bench himself against. In 2011 Ryan finished on the podium 3 times against significanty more experienced competition.

CHRIS BIALAN

Years racing: 5 Best result: 2008 VdeV UK Champion, 2nd Caterham Roadsport B 2006
Racing Background: Until he was caught by the idea of racing in the Caterham Academy 2005, Chris had never even attended a race meeting, let alone driven on track. In 2006 he was the only man to beat Gary Halcrow in the Caterham Roadsport B Championship and take 2nd in the championship. Chris also raced in Roadsport A that year finishing inside the top 10 with a battle damaged car.
Since that time Chris has proven himself by winning races in Caterham C400 Eurocup and most noteably became the VdeV UK champion with Graham Fennymore in 2008 racing a very rapid Juno CN Sport Prototype Racer. In 2009 Chris dabled in afew series, again winning on his debut's in the SPEED Series at Brands Hatch racing an 09 spec Juno and GT Cup racing our Lotus 2-Eleven GT4 at Silverstone.

Years Racing: 10 Best Result: 2010 Scottish Ford Fiesta Champion

That season he won the Rookie title and finished 4th in the overall championship. Budget has always held Rory back, funding his start in karting by cutting lawns for local home owners. He has worked very hard to raise sponsorship and thanks to various local Scottish companies raised funds to compete in the two major Ford Fiesta Championships in 2010. Rory won the Scottish Fiesta ST Championship in 2010 and finished 4th in the UK series after a few mechanical issues destroyed an early season lead.

in a whole range of different types of racing car.

Racing Backround: Simon is one of the most successful driver coaches in the country. He has more race winning clients and improvements through the grid than any other driver coach. In 2009 alone his clients won 7 championship titles. He also happens to be a very successful driver, having finished on the podium in almost every categorey he's ever raced in.
In addition Simon carries over 20 years experience, a BMW Championship title, an unrivalled record for 3 consecutive Britcar 24hr class wins with giant killing top 10 overall finishes in FWD car. His work with Aston Martin, top Caterham race team Fauldsport and various other professional experiences has placed Simon in an ideal position to develop our cars.
It is only Simon's self taught ability to build and maintain race winning cars, that has enabled him to race at all. A lack of budget is all that has prevented more obviously prestigious record. This fact has created a very logical and pro active approach to motorsport.
